Dan Grant, CEO

Core Tech Assembly was established in 2014 by Dan Grant whose vision of being a leader in the retail merchandise assembly industry was becoming a reality.

Dan began his assembly career in 2008 and while working for several companies prior to opening Core Tech Assembly, Dan gained vast knowledge, impeccable customer service skills plus a desire to excel at what he does best which is the ability to have stores “sale ready” by assembling large numbers of products by creating the best assembly teams in the industry, training & coaching them in his process and gain the skills for personal and company growth.

By exemplifying great leadership, Dan led Core Tech Assembly to grow and expand their customer base and gain new contracts as they continued to establish themselves as a great competitor and leader in the assembly business. You might say  “No customer left behind”!

Brian Edgar, VP Business Development

Brian is a highly skilled retail professional having held senior management positions in major “big box” corporations and has driven and supported key initiatives within those corporations.

Brian has 25 years of experience developing, implementing and managing a variety of projects within time and budgetary constraints.

He retired in 2016 after an additional 7 years with a 3rd party vendor providing assembly and installation support services to several large retailers including Lowe’s Companies, The Home Depot, Walmart, Toys R Us, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Academy Sports + Outdoors.

During his time in the assembly business, Brian had developed a business relationship with Core Tech and utilized their services when they were needed to assist in outlying markets.

When approached by Dan about “coming out of retirement” he said “no”, but if he could be of assistance he would gladly provide support, which is why he is on the board as the V.P. of Business Development and providing growth opportunities to the company for developing and supporting the field management team.
